From the city

With my wife, on a last minute whim, we decide to book for 2 days at Villa Marina in Cesenatico. Basically a mini escape from the city! After contacting various structures, I contact Mr. by telephone. Luca. He granted us the availability of a room for 2 days (it was fine for us) and a reservation was made immediately without even requiring a deposit which I was very willing to provide. At no extra charge, the presence of our dog, a young Maltesina, is also permitted. Upon our arrival, the hotel presents itself well, as described, and we are immediately seated for the start of our stay. Room not large, but very comfortable, equipped with every tool. The balcony was appreciated, even if it didn't have a sea view, but then again, ours was a last-minute booking. We liked the cleanliness and order. Standard bathroom, but above all the shower is excellent, large and with sliding glass doors (I hate curtains in the shower) With the heat these days, it was pleasantly inviting to cool off during the day. My wife and I really appreciated it. Obviously, then we went to the beach, and there was no material time to make use of the swimming pool, free rental bikes, etc. Properly soundproofed room. There was no disturbance. Prices are in line with the full summer season, indeed, even a little lower than other hotels, therefore convenient. However, we are in the middle of the summer season! It was a pleasant discovery. Maybe we will return, I don't know, but for sure (just in case another 2 day "getaway") we will hold it in high regard. It was a pleasant surprise. I booked this hotel without checking other reviews. The choice proved successful. The management is family, the staff is excellent. The rooms are nice and the cleaning is perfect. The position...?... What can I say, just cross the road and we are already on the beach. The cuisine is amazing and plentiful, with four choices of first courses and four second courses, both for lunch and dinner, between fish and meat. The added services don't make you miss anything. Swimming pool, gym, children's playroom, bikes as needed ... Everything is perfect. Heartfelt thanks to Enrico and Luca, and to all the staff.... See you next year.

Well-kept hotel, very clean, very kind staff available to give directions on where to eat; small and always full car park; right room for two people but bathroom too small (our room) but with shower and bidet. Attached to the beach which can be reached by crossing the road in front of the hotel. Buffet breakfast, very rich and varied except for the savory part where there are only cold cuts and cheese.

First experience and I would say extremely positive. Kindness, attention to the customer's needs, excellent food in terms of quality and variety of preparations, breakfast full of homemade desserts... a "super" family run hotel, where you can breathe the air of home. Swimming pool for those who don't like salt water, bikes available, you cross the road and you're at bathroom 47. I'd say you couldn't ask for anything else! Congratulations to everyone! Super recommended.

Hotel on the Villa Marina promenade, cross the road and you are on the beach. Very clean room, the only "flaw" was the almost absent balcony, but there were very few rooms with that balcony. Delicious food with a wide choice for all tastes. Very kind staff and owners. Nice swimming pool always clean. We will definitely be back. Beautiful discovery!!!
